Future House

Autumn has arrived in the country:
View towards Ballan railway station.

Some parts of the countryside aren't quite so colourful at the moment. Looking east from my future sewing room house:
That's not a black-and-white photo. Everything was just quite grey today.
Looking north from my future house:
Looking south:
Looking west:
First meeting on site with the architect. Temperature on the block was only 5 degrees. Pity there wasn't a nice warm kitchen just about here to have the meeting in!

Building! What an adventure - hope it all goes really well & I look forward to seeing it being built through your photos.

That's a bit nippy for an outdoor meeting. Hopefully, there will be a nice cozy, warm kitchen right there before too long! Make sure you new sewing room has good natural light - it already looks like it has a good, private view! Watching you build from the other side of the world.

Beautiful autumn colours at Ballan. How exciting, the first stage of home building and something to look forward to in the future.

I can see I've missed a lot during my nearly three months' absence! A new house? Exciting! And it will be built for YOU! To YOUR liking...that's very exciting.
